Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds on Credits
Purchase of evaluation credits is final. Once credits are used for a service (answer evaluation), they cannot be refunded.
2. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but money is deducted from your bank account, it is usually auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days. If not, please contact us with the transaction ID.
3. Service Errors
If the AI generates a completely blank or gibberish report due to a technical error on our end, we will restore the credit used for that evaluation upon review.
