2. Educational Purpose Only

This tool is an AI-based practice aid. We do not guarantee any specific score, rank, or selection in APSC/UPSC examinations. Our evaluations are indicative and should not be treated as official or legally binding.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axom Gyaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, or use the service for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to ban users violating these terms.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
